The Big Run

Global Running Day is our holiday; a celebration of the activity we love and the sport that brings our community together. We’re inviting all runners and walkers to join us on June 5th to mark the occasion, set a goal and cross the finish line.

Join us for our 5K and Kids 1-Mile race on June 5th at 6pm at SRP Park. All participants will get a race shirt, finisher medal, and ticket and beverage to that night’s Augusta GreenJackets game.⁠

All donated proceeds benefit: The RECing Crew

The RECing Crew Special Leisure and Recreation Association was established in 2002 by the families and friends of those with disabilities to offer leisure and recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities from the CSRA. These programs enhance the physical, emotional, and social growth of those that participate. Currently, there are 200+ individuals, ranging in the ages from 6-88, that participate in one or more of their programs.
