Fleet Feet Austin's "Run Love" series continues with Recovery for Endurance Athletes, presented by August Beverly and our very own Taylor Pate.
August Beverly's presentation will focus on the three pillars of Recovery for endurance athletes and healthy living for longevity—sleep, nervous system regulation, and crowding out fitness culture when it's time to give your body a break—all of which contribute to effective recovery.

As a holistic health coach, she addresses six main elements that often hinder health goals: limited education on metabolic health, poor nutrition, inadequate sleep, lack of exercise, chronic stress, and toxin overload.
