On September 21, 2018 the Road Runners Club of America presents the 13th Annual RUN@WORK Day - a nationwide fitness effort to encourage adults to get at least 30-minutes of exercise each day in accordance with the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Fleet Feet has teamed up with Green Top Grocery to help you get moving and then get lunch! Join us from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at The Foundry. You can head out for a run or walk on your own or join us at 11:30 am for a group run. When you're done come back to Green Top and enjoy lunch - all grab-n-go deli items will be at 10% discount to all runners.
