ABC Run #96 is April 19

The next ABC Run (Adventures Benefiting Children Run #96) will be on Saturday, April 19 at and for The Baby Fold starting at 8:00 a.m. (doors open at 7:30 a.m. for signing in).

The Baby Fold is located at 108 E. Willow in Normal.

Suggested routes (heading North on Constitution Trail) include:

3 miles (to near where the trail turns just before I55 & back)

6 miles (to the end of the trail & back)

9 miles (beyond the trail & out to country roads)

This could be a great last training run for the Champaign half-marathon or marathon.

Water & Gatorade will be stored at the North end of the trail.

Back at The Baby Fold will be a wealth of food and drinks, including Meg’s coffee cake, Jenny Keen’s oatmeal, and much more.  Bring something to share if you wish.

As always, ABC runs are free.  Free-will contributions of any amount (cash or checks payable to The Baby Fold) are greatly appreciated.

And as always, 100% of all donations go to The Baby Fold.  This is possible because we bring our own food and have no T-shirts or awards or timing services to pay for.
