ABC Run/Walk #146 is April 6

Adventures Benefiting Children Run/Walk #146 will be Saturday, April 6 at/for The Baby Fold, 
starting at 8:00 a.m. (doors open at 7:30 a.m.). The Baby Fold is located at 108 E. Willow in Normal.

April is Child Abuse Awareness & Prevention Month. Show your support by wearing blue.

Suggested routes (going N on Constitution Trail & back) include: 
3 miles (to where the trail turns near I55 & back), 7 miles (to end of the trail & back) 

Water & Gatorade will be stored at the parking lot that is 1/2 mile from the end of the trail.
Back at The Baby Fold will be a wealth of food and drinks, including Meg’s coffee cake and much more.  
Bring something to share if you wish.

ABC runs are free events, 100% of donations go to The Baby Fold (because we have no expenses for t-shirts, timing, and awards).
