ABC Run/Walk #173 is September 3

Please join us for this special ABC run!
(1) We are celebrating $200,000+ in total donations for all ABC runs ($201,354, but who's counting)!
(2) We have a sponsor, Thrivent Insurance, to cover expenses and provide t-shirts with their motto "Live Generously"!
(3) A special guest, who arranged for the sponsorship, will join us and has a gift for each runner!

Details: ABC Run/Walk #173 will be Saturday, September 3 at 8:00 a.m. (doors open at 7:30 a.m.).
Laurel & Larry Schumacher will host at their home: 911 N. Fell in Normal (a few blocks north of ISU). Park cars in the street, park bicycles in front of house.
This event is free. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. 100% of donations go to Seedling Theatre!
Seedling Theatre is a wonderful theatrical program for children and young adults with disabilities, as well as their able-bodied peers.
Do a 10K course: go 3.1 miles north on the Constitution Trail & back, or any distance you choose. Water & Gatorade will be at the 2 mile mark so those wanting 4 miles can get a rest stop and those doing 10K can get two stops. There are also 3 water fountains along the course.
