CIM Launch and Training Program

Are you interested CIM in 2019?

Grab your running shoes and celebrate the launch of your CIM training season! We will be joined by our CIM ambassador Alys DiMercurio and our amazing coaches Paul Smith and Mary Smith!

Come join us for a few miles in Lower Bidwell Park! Afterwards, enjoy coffee from Starbucks, nuun hydration, delicious RX bars, and some fun GIVEAWAYS.

This is a great way to meet people in the area who are also running CIM and you can learn more about the official CIM Training Program.
