No Boundaries Returns to Chico

No Boundaries, otherwise known as Couch to 5K, returns to Fleet Feet Chico tonight. The kick-off for the 10 week program takes place at Fleet Feet in downtown Chico at 6:15pm. Sponsored by Fleet Feet and New Balance, this is the first time that No Boundaries has taken place over the Summer. "We have so much demand for places at our two annual programs - one in the Spring and one in the Fall - that we decided we had to add a third option this year", said Tina Mickelson , Training Program Coordinator for Fleet Feet.

No Boundaries is designed to get people up off the couch and to the starting line of their first 5K, either as a walker or a runner. This iteration of the program will have the Summer Sizzler 5K as the target race for participants. The Summer Sizzler takes place on August 11th in Bidwell Park.
