New Shoe Review - Hoka One One Rincon | Mizuno Wave Sky Waveknit | ON Cloudtstratus

Hoka One One Rincon

The Hoka One One Rincon is a great addition to the Hoka One One line, not only is it a great looking shoe, but it still packs Hoka’s signature cushioning coupled with a lightweight shoe will have you zipping along on runs. Last week I took off in a pair of these guy’s and immediately could feel how much more flexible the Rincon was than the usual Hoka shoe, effortlessly clipping off faster and faster miles. Whether you’re looking for a daily trainer or a faster workout shoe, the Rincon deserves a spot in your rotation.

Wave Sky Waveknit 3

The Mizuno Wave Sky Waveknit is a premium cushion shoe from Mizuno. With the knit upper on the shoe it contours perfectly to the foot giving a snug fit but not making the foot feel cramped in the shoe. After a few runs in the Wave Sky I’ve been impressed by how well the shoe has continued to feel, Mizuno uses a new foam, XPOP, which really allows the foot to flex accordingly but without sacrificing the plush cushion of the shoe. It’s been a perfect shoe for easy runs when I’m looking for a little softer ride.

ON Cloudstratus

Love the way that the ON shoes look but never felt like they had the right feel? The Cloudstratus is what you’re looking for. The Cloudstratus has twice as many cloud pods on the outsole to offer premium cushion for those longer runs. In typical ON fashion it has a sleek design, a lightweight feel but really sets itself apart from the field when you slip it on and try it out. For a lightweight shoe it boasts premium support and premium cushion, a perfect combo for anyone who needs a solid training shoe and loves the modern aesthetic of the ON shoes!
