The Stonewall Columbus Pride 5K is back in 2023!

This year you have the option for a virtual 5K, a month-long virtual mileage challenge, and our all new Pride Plogging 5K option! No matter what option you choose, we look forward to you sharing your results with us! Get out, get moving, and run with pride!

Virtual Pride 5K

For the virtual 5K option you log your 5K at a time and place of your choosing!

• Recruit your friends to do it with you, or push your limits on you own.
• Complete your 5K anytime during the month of June and record you results!
• Participants pick up their Stonewall Columbus Pride 5K bib and medal at Fleet Feet Upper Arlington anytime in June during normal business hours. M-F 11a-7p, Sat 10a-6p, Sun 12p-5p

Virtual Mileage Challenge

For the virtual mileage challenger option you set out to complete as many miles as you can throughout the month of June!

• Set a personal goal, or challenge your friends to see who can log the most miles!
• Miles can be logged at anytime during the month of June!
• Participants pick up their Stonewall Columbus Pride 5K bib and medal at Fleet Feet Upper Arlington anytime in June during normal business hours. M-F 11a-7p, Sat 10a-6p, Sun 12p-5p

Pride Plogging 5K

NEW IN 2023!! - We have added a Stonewall Columbus Pride Plogging 5K Option! Plogging?!? Plogging is a combination of jogging with picking up litter, and you can participate in this in-person event during the Pride March on June 17th.

• The distance your run may vary and the event is not timed ;)
• Our Pride Ploggers will serve as official Stonewall Columbus Pride Volunteers and will be running up and down the March route picking up litter left in the wake of the March :)
• Participants pick up their Stonewall Columbus Pride 5K bib and medal at Fleet Feet Upper Arlington anytime in June during normal business hours. M-F 11a-7p, Sat 10a-6p, Sun 12p-5p
• Participants will pick up their plogging kit (Pride Volunteer Shirt, Access Wristbands for March Route, trash receptacle(s), sanitary gloves) from the Fleet Feet tents located in the Stonewall Columbus Pride Festival between 9:00am and 10:00am.
• At 10:00am we will jog our way to the start of the March just in time for Step-off!
• Once the march begins we run up-and-back picking up liter on the ground, offering to grab liter from spectators, and march participants!

Registration Fees:

• Through April 30: $25
• May 1 - May 31: $30
• June 1 - June 30: $35
• Shirt add-on: $20

Packet Pickup:

• Participants may pick up packets at Fleet Feet Upper Arlington located at 1344 W Lane Ave during the month of June during normal business hours (M-F 11a-7p, Sat 10a-6p, Sun 12p-5p).
• For an additional cost of $15, you may have your packet shipped to you!

What do you get:

• Each participant will receive a Run Ohio Shirt!  
• Stonewall Columbus Pride 5K race bib
• And, Stonewall Columbus Pride 5K finisher medal!

Registration proceeds help fund Stonewall Columbus programming and operations.
