Strawberry Chia Jam

This recipe for **Strawberry Chia Jam** is perfect for cleaning out the freezer or using up the rest of your fruit from the week! It is simple and is done within 15 minutes!
**Key nutrients and tips:**
• Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. These have been shown to help reduce inflammation throughout the body. Additional sources include fatty fish like salmon and tuna, avocado, nuts, seeds, and olive oil.
• Feel free to substitute to any type of fruit that you have! Blueberries, blackberries, and peaches work great!
• If the recipe seems too tart, add an additional tablespoon of honey.
• The longer this sits in the fridge, the more it will set up.
**Ingredients**
1 ¾ cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (optional)
1 ½ Tbsp. of honey
1 Tbsp. of water
1 tsp. of lemon zest
2.5 Tbsp. of fresh squeezed lemon juice
2.5 Tbsp. of chia seeds
