Where are you from?
I grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts. I now live in West Hartford, CT

How do you stay active?
I am a multisport athlete who swims, bikes, runs, hikes and plays the occasional squash and pickleball. I also love to cold plunge outside from October through March. It's a great way to recover from physical activities, boost my mood and bond with old and new friends.

What do you when you are not living the Fleet Feet dream?
See prior answer ;). I love crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, card games, and hanging out with my family and friends when I'm not swimming, biking, running, or hiking.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
It might be too late for that, but I want to continue being active and creating community through these activities wherever I end up.
