Genevieve's PT practice, The Athlete's Physical Therapist, focuses on treating athletes and weekend warriors. She has designed this to be a movement-based seminar that encourages you to participate and practice the strengthening and mobility techniques she prescribes to help reduce heel and foot pain and avoid future occurances.
