You might have listened or read HURT 100 being one of the hardest races to take on in Runners World or by the athlete and author David Goggins! Join us as we interview Deborah Schieffer Livingston, @trailrunningmom, 2022 HURT 100 Female Winner, ultra runner, coach, yoga instructor, nutritionist and mother of two from Connecticut! We will be hosting in person and on Instagram Live.

She is an athlete to know or to follow! She is well known in the trail running community as a positive, hard working and goal driven trail runner who has many ultra races under her belt https://ultrasignup.com/results_participant.aspx?fname=Debbie&lname=Livingston !!

Looking to run a 100 miler? a 50k? a marathon? Need motivation to get up and run? Need a coach? Haha no ultra for me, but would love to hear this inspiring interview! Join us, feel good and hear what Debbie has to say about her experience as a trail runner and winning the HURT 100!!

There will be a short ALTRA demo run starting at 6 pm (begins/ends at the store) before the interview with Deb starts at 6:30pm. All who try out a pair of Altra shoes for the demo run will receive a raffle ticket to win a pair! You can also earn a raffle ticket if you RSVP HERE.
