Good Form Running Clinic Feb. 2

Registration is now open for our first Good Form Running clinic of 2015, to be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, February 2, at Fleet Feet Menlo Park.

The free 90-minute clinics provide guidance on principles of good running form. Coach Jim will demonstrate exercises to improve your running form and provide individual gait analysis.
