Once your Vivofit learns your current activity level it will assign you an attainable daily activity goal. Vivofit will adjust goals as it gradually nudges you toward a healthier lifestyle. Hour to hour motivation is provided by the display's red "Move Bar." Be inactive for too long and the Move Bar will display - and not go away until you get up and move a bit. At the end of your active day, put the Vivofit in sleep mode and track the quality of your rest. Advanced users can pair the Vivofit with a heart rate monitor and review your progress, join challenges, and share your successes online.
