Making The Most of Your Marathon Experience, a motivational talk with Tom Fleming, two-time winner of the New York City Marathon

Hold onto your seat as Tom Fleming pumps up your adrenaline, getting you so excited for your marathon that you are ready to run out the door and tackle the 26.2 miles right there and then! Boom! Doh! Watch out! Where did that road block come from? Ya, Tom will help you with that too by giving tips on how to stay focused and get through the mentally tough miles.
Following Tom's super inspiring talk, John Fabbro, Owner of Fleet Feet Montclair and 18 time New York City Marathon finisher will provide insight on navigating the New York City Marathon start.
