Children's Story Time with Miss Gigi

Did you know the number of words a child knows upon entering kindergarten can be a key indicator of his/her success? Did you know that from birth to age 3 are critical years in development of language skills? Reading is so important to developing those language skills. According to the U.S. Census Bureau in 2009, about half of children aged 1-5 are read to daily, and we want to help change that! 

Join us on the first Friday of every month for story time with Miss Gigi, a children's librarian at the West End branch of the Richmond Public Library. Your toddler will be engaged and entertained as you enjoy fresh coffee!
