The fourth annual Richmond SpeakUp 5K will take place this Saturday, September 9th!  The race will be held at Byrd Park, and runners and walkers will enjoy beautiful scenery as they complete the 3.1-mile course. 

This race is the signature event of the SpeakUp5k Race Series & the Cameron K. Gallagher Memorial Foundation. It serves to fulfill Cameron Gallagher’s dream of hosting a 5k in her community to cultivate understanding and awareness for those suffering from teenage depression and anxiety. This is a fun-filled event for the whole family with music, food, and vendors. Strollers welcome!
