FLEET FEET VICTOR GRAND OPENING – October 20th in VICTOR, NY
ROCHESTER, NY, October 16, 2019 — Fleet Feet Rochester, awarded as one of the Best Running Stores in the US, opened its third Rochester location and is celebrating its Grand Opening on Sunday, October 20th from 10-5PM.
Fleet Feet opened its third location with a soft opening on September 14th, 2019 in Victor, NY at the Shops at High Point. The locally owned specialty store at 237 High Street Ext, Victor, NY, will serve as an anchor tenant in Phase 3 of the iconic redeveloped site along Route 96. The retail space will be 2000 square feet with similar offerings to Fleet Feet Rochester’s other two Rochester area locations at 2522 Ridgeway Avenue in Greece and 155 Culver Rd, Culver Road Armory. The developer at High Point is the same developer of Fleet Feet’s current location at the Culver Road Armory.

As our manifesto states, ‘we are more than a shoe store.’”

The Fleet Feet Victor location will allow customers east of Rochester proper to experience Fleet Feet’s footwear fitting through its proprietary FitID 3D Scanner, plus exceptional customer service and knowledge of all things running and walking. The Fleet Feet Victor location has also set up instore FREE group workouts with Hill Workouts on Tuesdays at 6PM and Trail Workouts on Thursdays at 6PM to help residents lead healthy and active lifestyles.
This year marks the 15th anniversary of Fleet Feet Rochester opening in the region. Owners, Boots and Ellen opened the Ridgeway location in 2011 followed by moving their original 2004 Brighton store location to the Culver Road Armory in 2014. Whereby, later that year they purchased the Fleet Feet Buffalo location. The couple also owns YellowJacket Racing, which was started by Boots in 1998, owning over 50 races locally and provides services to another 25 plus events. Fleet Feet Victor will be the couple’s fourth total retail location.
