Women Run The Roc is a women's 5K Run/Walk thru downtown Rochester.
The first 500 registrants will receive a custom Sweaty Band (an $18 value)!
Plus... One lucky man will get to run with the ladies!
In exchange for a small donation to "Operation School Supply", guys can enter a drawing
to be the ONLY guy in the race (receive one entry for each $10 donation). Yep, one lucky
man gets to run with hundreds of women! The winner will be chosen on July 25th. PLUS...
on the 28th, he'll get to throw out the opening pitch at the Rochester Red Wings game!

Wait. There's more! Following the 5K, there will be co-ed kids races (1/4 and 1/2 miles).
The kids fee includes a ticket to the ball game that evening, plus every kid receives a
Finisher Medal!!
After the race, come back and celebrate your finish as the Rochester Red Wings take on the
Norfolk Tide at 6:05pm. Discount tickets are available for purchase when you register!
