Addaday massage rollers

Pounding the pavement, as runners and walkers do, can put great strain on our muscles and joints. For this, there is Addaday! I own six different Addaday massage rollers and LOVE them all. They each provide me with different types of recovery and relief. I use the Type A and Type C rollers to warm up my leg muscles and roll out knots before and after every run. The Boomerang tool allows me to roll out my sore shoulders and aching back; the Type D+ Universal for my sore feet. I have had plantar fasciitis in both feed in the past, so rolling out my feet daily had become a habit. Addaday also helped me put an end to chronic IT band issues. I have not had any IT trouble since I made it a habit to use my Addaday before and after reach run in combination with stretching. Finally, I even carry the smaller Addadays (Type B+/Travel) to the start line of races so I can roll out before the race and after as well. If it’s a race with a bag drop, I’ll bring my Type C.
