Tifosi Sunglasses

As runners, we do a lot to protect and nurture our bodies. We carefully choose shoes, inserts and socks, make sure that our shirts and shorts are lightweight and made of the right material, and carry hydration and nutrition for extra fuel. But what of our eyes? For this I recommend a pair of Tifosi Sunglasses. I like these glasses because they have an awesome fit. They don’t slip off your face and some come with interchangeable or Phototec lenses for different types of weather and lighting conditions. The lenses are also polarized. I have the Hagen XL style, which I love because they are sporty and fashionable. Tifosi is an Italian word referring to a “super fan” – you can certainly put me in that category.
