14 Day Fleet Feet Push-up Challenge
Suffering from the post-marathon season blues? What you need is a new challenge. Give those legs a break and let’s work on our core stability, shoulder strength and posture together. Join us for the Fleet Feet Push-Up Challenge! It’s fun and it’s free.
Here’s how it works: Commit to a number of push-ups to complete each day for 14 days. You can do them all at once, or broken up throughout the day. It’s up to you! We suggest choosing from 10 push-ups, 25, or 50 push-ups per day. But ultimately, choose the number that’s right for you.
