Fall Pub Run Training
Fall pub run training meets on Wednesday at 6pm at our Fleet Feet Blue Dome location. The program features a 2 to 4 mile workout with "drink" stops each week. Over the course of the 9 week program, we gradually increase the mileage as well as the number of beer stops so by the end you are well prepared for the 4-mile, 3 pint McNellie's Pub Run!
Your registration fee includes at least 2 pints of Guinness each week, often more! All participants receive a special pub run training lifestyle blend t-shirt (it's awesome)!
Walkers are welcome to participate!
We have pace groups ranging from 9 min/mile to walk and everything in between!
*All participants must be 21 years or older - be sure to bring your ID!*
