Upper: The 100% recycled polyester engineered woven upper is incredibly lightweight and breathable. It hugs your foot for sock-like comfort.
Midsole: The dual-density Helion™ Superfoam is combined with a spoon-shaped nylon blend Speedboard® for a fast and responsive rolling sensation.
Outsole: The grip rubber pads on the bottom of each Cloud pod give you traction and durability for road running in wet and dry conditions. It includes On’s signature CloudTec® technology, where each individual pod compresses horizontally and vertically to give you cushion just where it should and provide explosive take-offs.

What’s New

The On Cloudflow 4 has increased cushioning for more comfort and fresher legs. Designers closed the outsole channel to prevent stone collecting without adding any weight. The upper was also changed to make it lighter and more breathable. All of these changes make it the lightest Cloudflow yet.
