Spring Training Session: March 10, 2025 – May 2, 2025

 

Spring Goal Race: Cinco de Mayo 5K

We’re going back to our roots as a Learn to Run Program and will be training together and run-walking our way to a 5K! We have three new pace groups and will continue to have our Walkers. Our experienced and supportive coaches will guide and support you along the way, so all you have to do is show up!

  • NB1 will have a running pace of 11-12:30
  • NB2 will run at 12:30-14:00
  • NB3 will run at 14:00-15:30
  • All walking at 16:00-20:00

 The next session kicks off on March 10th, and concludes with the Cinco de Mayo 5k on May 2, 2025. The key to success in this program is walking with a purpose.  We are using interval training and the concept of active recovery to ensure that you are gaining strength and increasing your fitness even while walking.
