Check out YMCA Evolution!

The new YMCA Evolution (98 Wolf Road, Colonie) has opened up and is offering a variety of FREE (!) fitness classes so that you can check it out. The new facility is absolutely wonderful. Fleet Feet Albany & Malta is planning on doing some events with the YMCA -- stay tuned. In the meantime check out the YMCA Evolution!
