The Fleet Feet Run Community (FFRC) invites people to participate at every level and in a variety of formats:
We offer coached training programs for all levels, every surface, and any distance, from 5K to marathon. These require advance registration. Currently, our programs run from March to November, and are generally between 10 and 16 weeks in length. The longer the distance of the goal race, the longer the program. When you participate in a training program, you automatically have an open invitation to our social runs as well, at no added cost.
We also host casual and social group runs intermintently in the Albany and Saratoga areas. Everyone is welcome to attend whenever you wish.
