The new, updated Topo Athletic Fli-Lyte 4 is a low-drop (3mm) firm and responsive running shoe that is also ideal for cross training. The midsole is Topo’s proprietary ZipFoam, an EVA that is formulated to provide a higher rebound. The engineered mesh upper is denser in high-wear areas for better durability. The low stack height and firmer midsole, combined with a wide toe box that allows your toes to comfortably splay, makes this a great shoe for some cross training.
