Spring 2025 Distance Project Training Programs: Registration Open
Our training programs are as much a social club as they are a training group! We provide camraderie, support, and a team-based environment in addition to a holistic approach to training. Alongside our twice-weekly group workouts and coach-provided daily workouts, you'll have one-on-one access to our expert coaches. For a relatively simple activity, running elicits a wide variety of questions and concerns. Our goal is to provide advice and guidance to help you address your questions. Ultimately, the keys to becoming a successful athlete (regardless of your definition of "success"...or "athlete") are consistency, commitment, knowledge, and fun! The Fleet Feet Distance Project will support you in all of these areas to help you achieve your running and fitness goals.

All program participants receive $25 of "Fleet Feet Bucks" that can be used in-store at either Fleet Feet Albany or Fleet Feet Malta!
A medical waiver needs to be filled out by your physician before the first training session.
