Join us for a beginner friendly 5k training program and start your 2024 off with some fun & fitness with friends, new & old. This program will have 2 coached group workouts per week and offer you guidance as we aim for the goal of completing a 5k. Whether you want to complete your first event or do another one just a little faster or more comfortable, we're here to help you meet your goals. No level of fitness is needed to start with us. We'll meet you where your fitness is currently!!
Info session: Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 6:30 pm from Fleet Feet Athens (not mandatory to attend).

Program includes coached workouts, full training plan & training group shirt.
Training begins on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Practices will be held from Fleet Feet Athens on Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00 am.
Training costs $75 and you can register either online or in-store.
