We've updated our in-store protocol with the following enhanced safety measures. These will help us create a safe, responsible retail environment where everyone can shop and work safely. Please note: we will only be able to accept credit card or contactless payment at this time.

What You Can Expect

• Face masks for our outfitters
• Masks are required upon entry - complimentary face masks for customers not wearing one
• No physical contact during our greetings or assessment
• Hand sanitizer stations throughout the store
• Social distance procedures and markers
• Employee temperature checks
• Adherence to maximum occupancy restrictions

Additional Information

• We are open for scheduled appointments or “purposeful socially distant shopping” as on long as there are no more than 10 people in the store. Please wait for our greeter upon entering the store. If we are at capacity we will ask you to wait in your car and we’ll come get you when it’s appropriate to enter the store.
• We normally offer a barefoot 3D foot scan as well as a barefoot foot and gait analysis. At this time we will provide new or freshly washed socks from our sock wall for customers to use in store and while trying on footwear. Outfitters will maintain 6 feet of social distance throughout your shoe fitting.
• Our nutrition section will be closed for self-shopping. If you have any nutrition needs please ask an Outfitter.

Virtual Outfitting and Curbside Pickup Available

We will continue our contactless services such as virtual outfitting and curbside pickup. We ask that any customers who are not feeling well or showing any symptoms shop on fleetfeet.com and please do not come into the store.
