Join us for a free, 6-week series starting on June 10th designed to help you get more comfortable running on the trails! This series is designed for runners who are comfortable running up to 5 miles on the roads and are looking to transition to trail running. We'll cover a variety of topics such as gear essentials, fueling needs, injury prevention, and more! This program is designed as a series, so we encourage you to sign up and attend all six sessions for the maximum benefit. However, feel free to pick and choose the ones most relevant to you!
During each session, Salomon will have shoe and gear demos relevant to the topic of the night. Each session will be led by a Fleet Feet staff member and Salomon athlete ambassadors!
