More Miles Training Program Powered by On- Fall 2024
Training is easier (and more fun) with friends! With Fleet Feet’s Marathon Training Program Powered by On, you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered. Marathon training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. Bond with other runners, learn and improve together and receive plenty of support from Fleet Feet coaches along the way.
Quick Overview:
- Open House Information Sessions: June 19th at 6:00 pm & June 22nd at 9:00 am
- Start Date: July 8th
- Goal Race: Any at the end of October or early November, Bass Pro Marathon/Half Marathon or The Every Women's Marathon are suggestions
- Cost: $125

- 16 weeks of daily training with our expert coaches
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
- Coaching support in person and via email to answer your questions along the way.
More Miles Half & Full Marathon Training Powered by On
Program Start: July 8th
Program Schedule: Monday & Wednesday nights, Saturday mornings
Program Fee: $50
Description: Train for a half marathon or full marathon with a group. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing, and running autonomy.
You can train with us for any Fall marathon.
