Training Programs
Each Spring and Fall we offer a Half Marathon Training Program and in 2024 we offered our first Fall Full Marathon Training Program! Our training approach has been time-tested and honed over the years. We've got an ideal mix of endurance building, speed runs, hill workouts, cross training and long runs. The program includes access to experienced running coaches via in-person, phone, email and WhatsApp.This past fall, the program included in person speed and hill workouts on Tuesday evenings, group runs on Wednesday evenings and guided long runs on Saturday mornings with multiple pace groups. We were excited to partner with other local Hoboken businesses and offer our athletes extra perks such as cool down yoga at Urban Souls Yoga, Ruble Boxing, F45 Training Hoboken North & Prime Cycle Classes for cross training, Injury Prevention & Stretching Lessions at Spear Physical Therapy, discounted recovery treatments at Zen Om Studio as well as a free guided rock climbing session at Gravity Vault. At Fleet Feet, we offered training program athletes 10% off in store purchases during the program and we offer a $25 training registration discount for returning athletes! We hope to offer similar discounts and offers for our next training program athletes too!
