Next Steps is perfect for runners who desire to improve their 10k times, complete their first 10k, and increase their knowledge and love of running.

A variety of training techniques will be incorporated in this 10-week program to help improve your speed, strength, and running economy.

Your coach and mentors will work to carefully balance mileage and speed work to help you avoid injury and race your best!

HUNTSVILLE:

Kick Off: Thursday, September 26 at 6 pm at Fleet Feet Huntsville

Training Starts: Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 6pm at Huntsville locations

Training days: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm and optional Saturday at 7am

MADISON:

Kick Off: Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 6pm at Fleet Feet Madison

Training Starts: Monday, September 30th at 6pm at Madison locations

Training days: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm with optional Saturday 7am 

Price: $125

Goal races: Ditto Landing 10k, Decmeber 1, 2024 AND Rocket City 10k, December 14, 2024

- Suggested Activity Level Prior to Start of Training - Have already accomplished the 5K distance (under 47 minutes) and you are looking to push yourself to the next level.
