The 2nd annual Freedom Run 1 Mile & 2 Mile was a great success! We were joined by nearly twice the amount of runners and walkers as last year, and it was amazing to see over so many of you out on a hot July morning celebrating Independence Day with Fleet Feet Sports and the Town of Farragut. We feel privileged to be part of such a welcoming and fun running community, and we can't wait to see how we'll grow!
Freedom Run Gives Back
The Freedom Run is a great way to do something healthy and fun on this American holiday, while giving back to our nations veterans. The Freedom Run races help raise money for Smoky Mountain Service Dogs, a local non-profit that trains service dogs for disabled US military veterans. This year, we were able to donate $2,500 to their cause. We are so grateful to all who participated and supported us and this wonderful organization.
