Why 36 you ask? I turned 36 earlier this month. Every year I seem to be obsessed with some product we carry at Fleet Feet. One year it was Triggerpoint (when I had time to roll out this body), the next year was my Swiftwick Vibe socks, which I would dig through laundry baskets to find for that short or long run. Last year KT tape was my savior - in every color.

Towards the latter half of 2013 I threw away and donated some clothes that were filling up space in my closet since 2003. I had a Fleet Feet Racing Sacramento sports bra from 2003! As if it could do anything after 10 years, especially after two kids.

So as we begin 2014, I am still fired up about clothes and cleaning out my closet! I have not been shopping outside of our store, other than some jeans and a winter vest, for almost a year. I love my running vest, my infinity scarves from Oiselle and Moving Comfort, and my black capris from EVERY company. I do not seem to ever have enough pairs of black pants and capris, with pockets for running, without for TRX, or a loose pair for bed. So yes, my closet is filled with this great stuff since I own the store, but I truly believe in all of it. All my pieces wash well, don’t fade, have function and fashion, and best of all can withstand TRX workouts and 26.2 mile long runs.

I am not alone as the rest of our team wear running gear everywhere - not just while running.
