Darren's Badwater Presentation

On Monday, August 12th, Middleton native and cancer survivor Darren Fortney will share photos and stories from his 3rd Badwater Ultramarathon, completed in July. Covering 135 miles non-stop from Death Valley to Mt. Whitney, CA in extreme temperatures in excess of 130 degrees Fahrenheit, it has often been called the most demanding and extreme foot race offered anywhere on the planet.

Please join us for a 5K fun run starting from Gilda’s Club, 7907 UW Health Court, Middleton, at 5:45pm followed by Darren’s presentation at 6:30pm.

A $5.00 suggested donation will go to Gilda’s Club Madison.
