We say good bye to July this week and welcome August 2017.  We hope to see you this week at our free group runs, wear test run, pub runs or at the running events we sponsor in the Sun Prairie area!

Wed Aug 2:  Free group runs up to 5 miles at 6pm for all paces:  Fleet Feet Madison OR Fleet Feet Sun Prairie (Option to wear test the latest Hoka running shoes at our Sun Prairie run)

Thur Aug 3:  Free pub runs up to 5 miles at 6pm for all paces with social hours following:  Capital Brewery Middleton OR Great Dane Eastside Madison
