Free Group Runs Demo Runs & Trail Runs

Something for everyone this week.  We hope you can join us for a few miles!  Good luck to all competing at Ironman Wisconsin!

Wed Sept 5:  Free group runs up to 5 miles at 6pm for all paces:  Fleet Feet Madison OR Fleet Feet Sun Prairie--Our Madison run will feature a Demo Run of the Mizuno Wave Rider

Thur Sept 6:  Free 140.6 Shake Out Run with Hoka One One 4pm:  Monona Terrace Convention Center

Thur Sept 6:  Free pub runs up to 5 miles for all paces at 6pm with social hours following:  Capital Brewery Middleton OR Great Dane Eastside

Fri Sept 7:  Free 140.6 Shake Out Run with Hoka One One 9am:  Monona Terrace Convention Center

Sat Sept 8:  Free McCarthy Park Trail Run 6:30am Cottage Grove WI
