Health and Safety Protocols
Please note the following guidelines in place for your health and safety during group runs:
Due to COVID-19
• Participants are required to bring their own personal hydration and nutrition
• Do not engage in traditional forms of physical contact (e.g. handshakes, high-fives, hugs, etc.)
• No spitting or "nose rockets" - we recommend bringing tissues
• No sharing of personal items (e.g. hydration, gels, salt tabs, etc.)
• Maintain social distance guidelines (at least 6 feet of physical space between runners)
• Do not participate in group runs if you are feeling sick or ill
• Hand sanitizer will be available for use at all runs
• Face masks are not required while running, but they are required inside Fleet Feet stores and other businesses. Please consider bringing a face mask to have on hand if you plan to use Fleet Feet restrooms, make any gear purchases during a fun run, or patronage other businesses.
• Don't forget lights and reflectivity. With the daylight hours getting shorter, it is imperative that we dress to be SEEN!
