These shoes have a 6mm heel-to-toe drop and weigh 8.5 ounces. These are an excellent option for those looking to do cross training, cross-fit, or even obstacle courses. They are extremely lightweight, have low heel-to-toe drops, and have Rope-Tec, a rubber compound over exposed EVA foam on the mid-foot that protect the soles from abrasion when climbing rope or jump roping.
