Coach Rob Force of Orange 2015
Coach Rob-Force of Orange Training
I have been involved in sports since I was a little boy and... well... I am still pretty much the same way! Except I don't need a diaper any more and I have a college degree.
I grew up in a family of 7 kids. My twin brother Paul and I were the last of the litter. While we were growing up we would, as most boys do wrestle around with each other as well as our older siblings. That being stated I got involved in wrestling at a young age. I remember wrestling in shorts, T-shirt and tennis shoes and taking other dudes who were in all their wrestling attire down! Good times! From then on I was hooked. I continued to wrestle through middle and high school as well as got involved in cross county and track to stay in shape for Wrestling. I continued to wrestle through my days at UW-Whitewater.
I ran my first full marathon 3 years ago, when I was working my first full time personal training job. My goal was to run 8:00 pace. I ended up finishing around 7:50 pace and getting 3 hrs 25 min for my first ever marathon. Yea... I was sore for 3 days after that one. I have not run a full since then. I think it is about time for me to get back out there though. This summer might be it!
The fitness activities I now do on a regular basis include; Running, Mountain Biking, Rock climbing and of course working out on a regular basis.
