No Boundaries 5K & 10K Training

Our 10-week No Boundaries 5K/10K program is the best option to help you get moving and hooked on the sport! We focus on building your endurance with 2x/week group workouts and surround you with plenty of encouragement and support. Learn how to build a fitness-oriented lifestyle through walking, run/walking, and running.

Half (13.1) & Full (26.2) Marathon Training
  

Looking to crush a new distance goal? Join our half and full marathon program geared toward the Madtown Half Marathon and Grandma’s full marathon in Duluth, Minnesota. You are also welcome to join us if you are targeting another spring running event around the same time. We'll get you trained up and ready to cross that finish line! Open to all paces.

SpeedPlay 

Our 8-week SpeedPlay programs are designed to bring out your greatest potential. We'll take your training to the next level, whether you have sights on a BQ or shaving seconds off your 5K PR. Don't let the name scare you, SpeedPlay is designed for anyone who wants to work on becoming more efficient while challenging their current running pace.
