Research Study Volunteers Needed
If you are a runner who is currently experiencing a running-related injury, you may be eligible to participate.
The University of Wisconsin Madison Neuromuscular Biomechanics Lab is conducting a research study about the stability of the University of Wisconsin Running Injury and Recovery Index when the questionnaire is completed twice. The University of Wisconsin Running Injury and Recovery Index is a 9-item questionnaire used to assess the amount of limitation in running ability someone is experiencing because of a running-related injury.
If you would like to participate in this research, you will be asked to complete 2 electronic surveys separated by 24-72 hours. Each survey will require 5-15 minutes to complete. The first survey includes the University of Wisconsin Running Injury and Recovery Index as well as information about you, including your name, contact information, and running history prior to and after your injury.
The link below will take you to questions that will ask you about your running history currently as well as before your injury and will include the University of Wisconsin Running Injury and Recovery Index. The second survey consists of the University of Wisconsin Running Injury and Recovery Index only, and a link to it will be sent in a separate email to an address you provide. Completing both surveys is very important for this research.
Thanks in advance for your participation.
