The Prick 5K

The Prick 5k

Will be held Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Brandt/Quirk Park in Watertown, Wis.  The 5k shot gun is at 8:30am.  As the only 5k trail run/walk in the March 2 November Race Series, the event boasts a beautiful 5k and 1k course which offers notable elevation changes that will be enjoyable for walkers or running enthusiasts seeking a challenge.  The Prick 5k does more than provide an outlet for those who want to challenge themselves on a cross-country course or enjoy a walk in the park as it benefits JDRF – the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes research as well as the Watertown Cross Country Program.  The cost to participate in the 5k is $28.00 and the 1k open is free, with a monetary donation appreciated and given the day of.
