A little bit of everything coming up this month - FEBRUARY & MARCH 2025

Wow it's gearing up to be a great month! Some great events and announcements we want to share with you.

Track season is upon us!  Conditioning begins at many schools in the area, and it's time for shoes.  Our outfitters are trained to help fit your runner into the best shoes for training AND competing for their event. Please come in OR feel free to schedule an appointment to ensure the wait is minimal. 

Pub Runs happen EVERY WEDNESDAY at 630PM  Location varies and you are welcome to follow us on social media or join our PUB Run facebook group to get all the latest.  

Wednesdays in February will be hosted by Taphouse on the Edge on South Bend Ave. in South Bend. 

Wenesdays in March will be hosted by Chicory Cafe in Downtown South Bend

THIS Saturday FEBRUARY 22ND is Giveback Day for our local chapter of Girls on the Run Michiana.  We will be donating 10% of all purchases made in store to them lead strong into the upcoming season. It's a great cause for empowering young girls through movement to build confidence to be kind and strong as they grow and face adversity, big or small. 

Kaylee the Notre Dame Leprechaun will be making an appearance for photos and autographs, so please come in and support this great cause!

Saturday March 22nd: TWO CLINICS IN ONE DAY right in our store.

830AM Fall Prevention Clinic put on by Firefly Home Care & Health and Outpatient Care Services to give very helpful tips on how to move into this phase of life with ease and preparedness. RSVP by calling the store and speaking to someone directly.

630PM Dr. James Jastifer of OSMC will be leading us in a clinic about Foot and Ankle Health.  He will be going over his longitudinal study about his findings in ultra-marathon runners and how they can help you prevent injury in your next training endeavor. 

Next Race up in the RACE SERIES!  Saturday March 15th Leprechaun 5 Mile Chase(915am) and 1 Mile Dash(845am) meeting at the Nappanee Library Participants are encouraged to dress in green or a favorite Irish costume for the occasion.  The course is a flat, fast race through the beautiful parks and neighborhoods of Nappanee. If you've not already signed up to be part of our Race Series, this is your chance!  Race fee for this race is INCLUDED for all Race Series members.
