Join us for the Strengthen Your Stride training program!
Designed specifically for runners, this program will take place in person at All Strength Nashville, twice a week- 6 pm Tuesdays & 6 am Fridays.
Led by All Strength’s founder, Lauren Dreitlein, CSCS/ USAW, athletic performance rehab specialist, this comprehensive training will build a strong foundation of strength that minimizes the risk of overuse injuries while keeping you healthy & driving you to peak performance.
Strengthen Your Stride is designed to enhance your running performance by training like the athletes you are.
The key features of this 18 week program are:
•Targeted strength workouts
•Injury rehab + prevention
•Performance metrics
•Integrated conditioning
Together, we’ll strengthen both our primary and secondary muscles in order to increase our overall work capacity. Stronger tissues mean fewer muscle imbalances and a faster rate of force production, ultimately increasing our running economy.
